Welcome to The Collective, a place to gather, shop, and inspire.
Coming Soon
The Collective draws its name from the essence of collecting. The shop will highlight a collection of locally made products and services, amplifying the diversity of small businesses in our community.
About
Welcome to The Collective
The Collective will be a place for you to elevate your purchase from simply a transactional experience to a transformational one. The tagline, “Gather–Shop–Inspire” encourages people to meet at the shop, to include a visit to The Collective as part of a day out, or as a gathering spot after a meeting, a place that encourages you to explore the shelves collectively.
Our Mission
Gather · Shop · Inspire
Join The Collective
We are looking for some of Maryland’s talented small businesses to showcase at The Collective. We have two incredible opportunities for you to be featured.
Product-Based Business
Apply to be featured in our brick-and-mortar location at Metro Centre; a thoughtfully curated space for shoppers looking for high quality products from locally owned businesses. The shop will promote makers within-store business snapshots and through social media outlets.
Service-Based Business
Apply to be featured in our Online Showcase; an opportunity for discerning shoppers to find everything from website designers to event planners, pet spas to car detailing, barber shops to architects. The website showcase will include a snapshot of your business story and a link to your website.
Accepted small businesses will be provided with a one-year contract with the option to renew. We are currently accepting applications for our opening in late Fall 2023. For best consideration please complete the applications by September 5, 2023.
